As Managing Partner, Transformation Leader, and Coach of Christian Jones Consulting, LLC, Brian is leveraging his 25 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, M&A integration and leadership development to enable professionals and organizations to clarify their current challenges and deliver sustainable solutions to meet their strategic needs.

I've personally known Brian for over 6 years now. At one point we both worked at the same Fortune 500 company, where he led enterprise-wide project management strategies. As a "rising star" in seek of mentorship, it was suggested that I connect with Mr. Jones; and to this very day, our relationship continues to be one of the most fruitful. Brian is an invaluable executive-level professional, and even more importantly he's a devoted family man, a man of faith, and an inspiration to those privileged know his journey - personally & professionally. As someone who favors perspective over advice, I'm thankful to be in position to intimately learn & share leadership qualities across a vast spectrum of amazing minds.

Although Brian's has experienced much success in his career, he also is no stranger to adversity. His progression does not come without battle scars and flat tires. It is inspiring to see the definition of resilience, personified. "I work hard primarily for my family, and I'm also 100% committed to the vision of success I have for myself", said Brian Jones -CEO & Founder of Christian Jones Consulting LLC.

"I'm fortunate to have learned from every experience, positive or negative. Sometimes your setbacks allow you to gain the perspective & knowledge critical to your future achievements." When inquired about the secret to his success, he plainly expressed a very simple notion -

Brian then introduced a concept unique to his brand of success - FLOP.

Faith, Legacy, Others and Personal

The regular definition of flop means "completely unsuccessful; fail totally". Throughout my time, I've had both failures and moments where I've done well in my personal and professional life.  However, because of my F.L.O.P., I have developed a commitment to a No Stopping Any Time mindset.

Faith in God – “Be Strong and good Courage…” (Deuteronomy 31:6)“For God didn’t give us a spirit of Fear…” (2 Timothy 1:7). I know whatever comes my way - although staggering - as long as I am breathing, I will live to fight another day because God’s word won’t let me quit.

Legacy – I keep going because my forefathers, grandparents, parents and siblings and I come from a culture of "not quitting"; even through racial, economic and social adversity. My parents (RIH Ed & Samella) instilled in me the work ethic, to show up even when you don’t feel like it. My older brothers and my sister set the example of not quitting. My brothers, (RIH Ty & Wallace) went on to be star athletes, entrepreneurs - even helped build the MLK Memorial in Washington DC - and fought through health issues; they never stopped until God called them home. My sister (Henrietta) is a breast cancer survivor.  She never quit! So, I don’t have the right to stop or give up.  They did what they had to do, faced adversity, and set an example for me. It’s my duty to shoulder the burdens and keep solidifying the legacy.

Others are counting on me; current and future. I am not in this world alone and God gave me the great responsibility of being a father to Brianna & Nathan, a friend to many, and a leader to others.  There are many people who have not had the opportunity to do what I have done, just as there are many things that I have not had the opportunity to do.  Stopping would mean I'm saying, “I am good”; and could be interpreted that I don’t want others to have more, or that I don’t want to see or be exposed to more. Stopping is being selfish! I have to keep going for the sake of my family, friends, and associates. God is and will continue to Bless me so that I can Bless others!

Personal determination – “My time and My season have not come yet” – Over the last 3-4 years I have been personally and professionally impacted by 2 companies’ decision to eliminate over 2600 jobs.  I have received over 800 NO emails that said – you have great skills but we don’t want you. Instead of being bitter, I continue to persevere while consistently evaluating and challenging myself to be prepared. I am never satisfied because I know that God has more in store for me and the people I influence.

Imagine me waiting at a bus stop. I know the bus is scheduled to come because it came before at the appointed time.  Therefore, I will wait (serve) in anticipation that my bus (abundant blessings) will come at the appointed time. So, in my time and my season, I will flourish and reach my personal goals and my God given destiny (destination).
